From private offices for all patient interactions, to reasonable support staffing, continuing education opportunities and patient-centred performance metrics, Pivot Rx believes our Pharmacists should be busy Pharmacisti-ing! Pivot Rx Pharmacists are positive, take initiative, thrive in team settings, and have excellent customer service skills. Specialized trainings (i.e. travel medicine, diabetes educator, etc.) or willingness to pursue them, as needed, and familiarity with KROLL and BC Drug Coverage navigation, are assets.

Pharmacy Assistants at Pivot Rx support all the day-to-day functions of the Pharmacy. From answering phones, helping customers, running the till, to processing and filling prescriptions and managing inventory, this role is dynamic, fast-paced and detail-oriented. Pivot Rx Pharmacy Assistants have great attitudes, a willingness to learn, exceptional customer service skills and a desire to work as a team.
